#HighFiveFriday Feature: The KaiNexus Team

KaiNexus is a continuous improvement software company that aims to use its technology and experience to help spread continuous improvement. The team is being recognized today for two reasons:

First, I celebrate their collaboration with Value Capture, LLC and the introduction of VacciNexus. Mark Graban describes the #VacciNexus system as a “social-benefit startup within a startup.” VacciNexus is an easy-to-use, web-based system that allows registered users to share examples of implemented vaccination process improvements, as well as read improvements submitted by others. The tool is especially helpful to improve the COVID-19 vaccination process. The system allows users to submit improvement examples that have been tested as part of the Plan Do Study Adjust cycle. What a great way to use continuous improvement and best practice sharing to spark creativity and seek solutions! The KaiNexus team is also being recognized for its voluntary support of the #RootCauseRacism movement, which seeks to use continuous improvement to dismantle structural racism one small step at a time. Beginning with the first blog series, “Sharing our Visions and Voices to #RootCauseRacism,” the team voluntarily offered their support and sponsorship by hosting the panel webinar. It has continued to do so for the Plan and Vote for Kindness webinar and the When Brothers Meet at Gemba webinar. In addition, Jeff Roussel, chief revenue officer authored one of the blogs for “The Colors of Love - Demonstrating Respect for People” blog series that will run from February 22 to 25. KaiNexus and Mark Graban will also host the corresponding webinar on February 25 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST. Panel participants will discuss the vital work of allyship as it relates to #Lean and demonstrating Respect for People. Register now.
